SKILLS' VALUE: 1.25 average damage & 0.25 avg Infantry jam

Acquired as mission drop during "Decrypt the Orbital Cannon" in the Arctis location.

Vaporize: 25% chance to deal 2-8 damage and jan an enemy Infantry unit.

NOTE:

When you get this structure you get the "Death from Above" Milestone Achievement (rewarded 5 skill points).
