Photon Barrier: 85% chance to reduce 1 damage from each enemy attack.

Bullestorm: 70% chance to deal 1-5 damage three times (6.3 avg dmg).

Magna-Web: 50 % chance to deal 2 - 4 damage (1.5 avg dmg) and prevent an enemy Assault unit from entering combat.
