Thunderous Siege: 100% chance to deal 4 flurries for 2 - 7 damage (18 avg dmg).

Flak Burst: 70% chance to deal 0.75 - 2.25 damage for each Flying enemy unit (1.05 avg dmg/Flying)

NOTE:
Once you upgrade Rifter through the Forge turning it into Riftrazor, be aware that you CAN purchase again the Rifter through the Combat Rank Barracks. 

Alex Reeve The plan right now is to allow both, because a) it's not really that imbalanced and b) it's a pain to change this around. If I'm wrong about (a) I can fix it, but it seems fine. Note this won't work with Collection upgrades anyway because those are one-off.
